How much does a facelift cost in Boston?  

Every facelift patient has unique concerns that require a customized approach, so we can’t accurately estimate a price without a consultation. After discussing your concerns with Dr. Davidson in a personal consultation, we provide you with a specific price quote.

How long is facelift recovery?   

What is the difference between a facelift and neck lift? 

You can expect it to take about 2 weeks before the swelling and bruising have resolved enough to feel comfortable going out socially. Residual swelling, however, will remain for several weeks after that. If you’re planning to attend a significant social event, such as a wedding, plan to schedule your surgery about 3 months in advance.

A neck lift addresses skin on the lower jawline and neck and is popular for tightening loose skin or a “turkey neck.” A facelift focuses more on the jawline and lower to mid-face. Many people combine these procedures for more comprehensive rejuvenation.

What is the best age for a facelift? 

There is no “right” age for a facelift. Most women and men begin seeing signs of facial aging in their 40s, 50s, and 60s and decide to get a facelift when they feel like their appearance doesn’t reflect the way they feel. Whatever age you are, it’s most important to be a healthy nonsmoker with realistic expectations when you undergo a facelift.
