This 40-year-old woman was unhappy with the appearance of her neck and chin. She had excess fat under her chin that made her face look full and her neck look thick. She felt she appeared older and heavier than she is. Dr. Davidson performed submental liposuction to remove the excess fat from under her chin, resulting in a more contoured neck and jawline.
