This 30 year-old gentleman was bothered by the appearance of his enlarged breasts, also known as gynecomastia. The patient underwent a male breast reduction (gynecomastia correction). This involves liposuction of the breasts in addition to directly removing glandular tissue via an incision at the lower, outer edge of the areola. This patient's scar has healed beautifully and the patient is now comfortable going shirtless at the beach.
