This 33 year-old gentleman presented with complaints of enlarged male breasts, or gynecomastia. This patient had developed breast buds at a young age and unfortunately they never went away. Dr. Davidson performed a gynecomastia correction (male breast reduction) which included liposuction of the breasts as well as directly removing the glandular breast tissue through an open incision.
