This 41 year-old gentleman from the South Shore of Boston presented with complaints of enlarged male breasts, or gynecomastia. Although some men develop this condition as the result of anabolic steroid use or excessive marijuana use, this patient developed gynecomastia for no apparent reason. Dr. Davidson performed a gynecomastia correction (male breast reduction) which included liposuction of the breasts as well as directly removing the glandular breast tissue through an open incision.
