This young man was self-conscious of his overdeveloped breasts. He was uncomfortable removing his shirt in public because of his excess breast tissue. Dr. Davidson performed a male breast reduction to remove the excess tissue and give him a flattened, more masculine chest. The procedure included both liposuction and the direct removal of glandular tissue.
