Breast Augmentation Before & After Case 69

This 35 year-old mother of three was left with smaller, deflated breasts after pregnancy and breastfeeding. She underwent a bilateral breast augmentation utilizing 350cc silicone gel implants placed through an inframammary incision into the submuscular space. These implants corrected her "upper pole hollowing" and also provided a small uplift. The right breast was more droopy pre-operatively as compared to the left. Dr. Davidson therefore performed an uplift only on the right breast. This uplift was done by making an incision around the areola. The advantage of this approach is that the patient retained her nipple sensation and the ability to breast feed in the future.
