Breast Augmentation Before & After Case 36

This 23 year-old woman was bothered both by her breast asymmetry but also by their lack of volume. The size discrepancy was especially visible to the patient and therefore we chose to place different sized implants into each breast. A 350cc Mentor SRM silicone gel implant was placed into the smaller left breast, whereas a 325cc Mentor SRM silicone gel implant was placed into the right breast (larger breast). Each implant was placed into the sub-muscular space (under the muscle) via an incision in the inframammary fold.
