Breast Augmentation Before & After Case 33

This 40 year old mother of three had never been thrilled with the appearance of her breasts but was especially discouraged with their appearance after the delivery of her third child. She was bothered by the droop, excess skin, lack of perkiness, and the lack of volume in the upper aspect of each breast (upper pole hollowing). The patient underwent a submuscular breast augmentation using a 350cc Mentor smooth round moderate plus profile silicone gel implant placed via an incision underneath the breast.
