Breast Augmentation Before & After Case 31

This 51 year-old woman from Boston had wanted fuller breasts for as long as she could remember. She had never had any children. After several discussions, Dr. Davidson and the patient were on the same page with regards to her goals and aesthetic preferences. Ultimately the patient underwent a bilateral, submuscular breast augmentation procedure with 650cc silicone gel implants placed via an inframammary approach. The patient retained her nipple sensation and her only regret is that she wishes she had had the surgery 15 years ago!
