After 4 children, this 41 year-old woman from Maine noticed that her previously full and perky breasts were no longer full or perky. She was bothered by the emptiness of the upper aspects of each breast (upper pole hollowing) and also felt that she had more droop, or ptosis, as compared to the photos taken on the beach during her honeymoon.
The patient chose 275cc silicone gel implants to be placed via an inframammary approach into the submuscular space during a breast augmentation. She went from an A cup to a C cup. No more padded bras for this happy patient!
