This 45 year-old woman presented with complaints about her small breast size and the lack of "upper pole fullness." She underwent a breast augmentation using 300cc Mentor smooth round moderate plus profile gel implants. The implants were placed through an incision below the breast into the sub-pectoral plane (below the muscle)
