This 32-year-old woman had experienced significant sagging of the skin on her back, creating bra rolls and rolls along her sides and back. Dr. Davidson performed an upper body lift, placing the incision where her bra will cover, to remove the excess skin and lift and tighten the skin on her sides and back. She now has an hourglass shape that she wanted.
