Although never satisfied with the appearance of her abdomen, this 58-year-old woman from Maine was especially concerned with its appearance after successfully achieving massive weight loss following gastric bypass surgery. The patient underwent a cosmetic abdominoplasty which involved removing skin and fat from her lower abdomen.
