Lower Body Lift Before & After Case 134

This is a 49 year-old woman who lost 147 pounds after undergoing bariatric surgery. She underwent a lower body lift, also called a torsoplasty or a circumpherential lower body lift. The procedure combines a tummy tuck with an outer thigh lift and a buttock lift. The procedure takes 3-4 hours to perform and is followed by an overnight hospital stay. Patients generally stay out of work for 2-3 weeks. These post-operative pictures were taken 6 months after the procedure so the scars will continue to improve in appearance.
