This 28 year-old woman was unable to lose the stubborn, extra fat from her upper-inner thighs. Under local anesthesia she underwent liposuction of the inner thighs. A total of 1.4 liters of fat was removed. This was done under local anesthesia and the patient even drove herself home after the procedure!
