Arm Lift Before & After Case 25

This 27 year-old nurse from Boston lost more than 180 pounds after gastric bypass surgery. She was left with excess fat and skin within her arms. She therefore underwent bilateral brachioplasties (arm lifts). Her brachioplasties included both liposuction (fat removal) as well as skin removal. To be a candidate for brachioplasties one must be willing to accept that the scars themselves are less unattractive than the hanging skin and fat (sometimes called lunch lady arms). 

Even just three months out this young woman's arms look so much better than they did pre-operatively. And the scar will only get better with time.
